The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a feedback tool if the form of a short questionnaire. Allowing you to provide feedback on you experience at the practice.
 
How can I get the Friends and Family Test?
 
Anyone who books an appointment will receive a link to the questionnaire via a text message.
 
You can request the link via our online form » Click here to make an online request.
 
Or ask at reception for a copy and fill it in at the surgery.
