Welcome to the Patient Representation Group (PRG)!
What is the PRG?
The PRG, also known as a Patient Participation Group (PPG), is a group of patients who want to help make our surgery the best it can be for everyone involved—patients, doctors, and staff. It’s a requirement by the NHS for every practice to have one.
Why Should You Join?
How Often Do We Meet?
We meet about once a quarter, so it won’t take up too much of your time; usually last around an hour.
Is My Information Safe?
The mailing list is managed by the GP surgery, and your email address will not be shared with anyone else.
Will My Views Be Heard?
Absolutely! Your opinions are crucial. While we can’t act on every suggestion, all feedback is highly valued. We work together in a spirit of mutual respect, openness, and trust to discuss and find solutions to any issues.
Read the latest news from our PRG here!
Interested in Joining?
If you would like to join, you can fill out the online form or ask about it during your next visit to the practice. We look forward to hearing from you!
