Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression? Walsall NHS Talking Therapies offers free, confidential support to anyone aged 16 or over who is registered with a Walsall GP. Our professional therapists are here to help you feel better through personalised therapy tailored to your needs.

 

How We Can Help:
We offer a range of therapies including:

  • Guided Self-Help: Support for anxiety, low mood, and other difficulties.
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): 1-1 Therapy offered via face-to-face, video or phone call, and with the additional option of computer-aided CBT.
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing): For trauma.
  • Counselling: For depression offered via face-to-face, video or phone call.
  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT): For relationship difficulties.
  • Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy
  • Couples Therapy: For depression.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
  • Online Tools: Access information or an online CBT programme, that you can use anytime.

Getting Started:

  1. Reach Out: Contact us online or by phone. Our website can be used to self-refer any time, or we’re available to call us Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
  2. Assessment Call: We’ll discuss your needs and determine how best we can help.
  3. Begin Your Therapy: We’ll recommend the most suitable therapies and start as soon as possible.
